We have created some guidance for our students in response to common questions that you may have about the status of your classes.

We will continue to send individual communication to our students and parents of students.

What courses are available in summer and in the new academic year?

You can stay informed about our available courses in our webpage.

How do I re-register/register for the courses in the new academic year?

If you/your child learn English with the British Council, we will send you by email registration instructions for your (child's) next class when the current course ends. For details of payment options, visit our webpage.

If you/your child would like to learn English with the British Council, you will need to book an online consultation. This consultation is free of charge. For details on how to book your consultation, visit our webpage.

How safe is it to learn English at the British Council?

Your health and well-being is our priority. We follow all guidance issued by local and national authorities to ensure our teaching centres are as safe and secure as possible including:

  • appropriate use of space
  • physical distancing
  • regular cleaning and disinfection of all spaces
  • building entrance and exit protocols
  • adapted teaching techniques
  • appropriate staffing and monitoring.

What will happen if there is a second wave of the pandemic?

We will follow government guidelines. If we need to suspend face-to-face teaching, we guarantee that classes will continue online with the same number of classmates, the same teacher and the same number of teaching hours, where possible.
