Teacher Development Workshops: Training the Teacher

About the workshops

Are there areas you would like to improve in your teaching? These might be areas in which you feel less confident or find you have run out of ideas. We provide two-hour workshops in our Training the Teacher series designed to equip you with a range of new skills and ideas, which you will be able to use straightaway with your classes.

The workshops will be delivered by our Academic Manager for Teacher Development, who launched our highly successful CELTA and TEFL Young Learners Extension courses, and has trained teachers globally for many years.

The workshops scheduled for this semester are:

  1. Young Learner: Fun Dictation
  2. Teaching Writing with Adults
  3. Speaking Test Tips
  4. Pronunciation with Young Learners
  5. Different Grammar Frameworks
  6. Young Learner: Learner Autonomy
