As part of our collaboration with the Athens International Children’s Film Festival (AthICFF), taking place from 9 to 15 November 2026, we are delighted to present a selection of films from our Climate Stories Playlist in partnership with Doc Society.
The screenings feature three films: The Last Garden, With Grace and The Puffling, all part of the Festival’s Green programme for audiences aged 9 and over. The screenings will take place at the Athens Concert Hall on Saturday 14 November at 14:00 and Sunday 15 November at 17:00. Admission is free, with advance booking required.
Alongside the screenings, we are joining forces with AthICFF to present “Repair Is So Much FUN!”, a hands-on workshop where children and adults can discover the value of repairing and reusing through fun, interactive activities. The workshop will take place on Saturday 14 November, from 14:30 to 16:30 at the Athens Concert Hall. Participation is free, but advance registration is required.

About the Climate Stories Playlist
Our Climate Stories Playlist is a British Council programme of short films exploring the climate crisis created in partnership with Doc Society. Across animation, documentary, drama and archival filmmaking, these visionary stories explore how the climate crisis is reshaping the way we understand our past, present and future. They take us to disappearing coastlines and community gardens, into the experiences of young people imagining their changing world, and towards the personal landscapes of grief, loss and resilience.
