We have been the national administrator of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations in Greece since 1990. We also run the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) as well as seminars for teachers.

General Graded and Vocational Graded Examinations

We have been administering the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) General Graded Examination and Vocational Graded Examination in Greece since 1990.

Please note that the duration of each examination tour depends on the number of registered candidates.

How to register

At the beginning of each academic year, we send all teachers and schools of dance entry forms, the price list, examination and registration dates, as well as information about seminars.

Exam fees are payable by direct deposit to the British Council Alpha Bank account:

Please quote the name of the school or teacher responsible and ‘RAD’ in the ‘Αιτιολογία field.

Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS)

The Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) is a part-time two-year course, which is offered in Greece every two years.

Seminars

We support dance teachers by organising seminars in direct collaboration with the RAD. We send teachers the full programme of seminars every year.
